Returns & Exchanges Policy
Purchases from our store, both retail and wholesale, are final sale. However, if there are obvious signs of damage made to your item due to shipment, we may be able to provide a replacement at our discretion.

Since all sales are final we normally do not issue refunds. However, if there is a substantial circumstance we can make an exception based on our discretion.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which typically takes about one week to appear on your bank statement.
Please allow 5-10 days for a completed refund to be posted. If you have any questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We currently do not offer exchanges. Items are only eligible for replacement if damaged due to a printing error, or if defective prior to shipment.
If your item is damaged due to shipping, a replacement may be issued upon request and proof of damage must be provided. Please email these requests to email@example.com.
Sale items are final sale.
Tickets for events are non-refundable purchases.
