Returns & Exchanges Policy
Purchases from our shop are final sale. However, if there are obvious signs of damage made to your item prior to shipment, we may be able to provide a partial refund with proof of damage.

Under these circumstances, our Returns/Exchanges Policy lasts 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your date of purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, in the same condition received and contained in its original packaging. To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Upon receiving your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which typically takes about one week to appear on your bank statement.
Please allow 5-10 days for a completed refund to be posted. If no refund has appeared on your statement past this time period, please contact us at email@example.com.
Items are only eligible for replacement if damaged due to a printing error, or if defective prior to shipment.
If an exchange is needed for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your item is damaged due to shipping, a partial refund may be issued upon request and proof of damage. Please also email these requests to email@example.com.
Tickets for events are non-refundable purchases.
Only regularly-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are ineligible for refunds.

Time required for shipment may vary for delivery to our Los Angeles offices. Costs for shipping returns are not covered by Darling Magazine unless a product has manufacturer's defects. In this case, we will provide free shipping.
