Join Darling for our Winter 2019
"Rhythms of Life" retreat in New York!

We are gathering November 14th-17th, 2019 at the brand new Mirbeau Inn and Spa in Rhinebeck, NY—bordering those gorgeous Catskill Mountains and the Hudson River—for a time of rest and clarity to both end this year well and prepare for a new one! Join us for a cozy weekend away, bundled up with fireplaces, endless coffee and conversations, and a time of complete reset and rejuvenation.

Founder of Darling, Sarah Dubbeldam and Kara Elise will be curating a time of valuable practical workshops, fun activities, and intentional digital-detox. You won’t want to miss this one!

We know your time is precious, so Darling is always about going deep in a short amount of time, leaving you with practical takeaways for your life, not just a simple vacation. The theme of this retreat is “Rhythms of Life.” If you feel like you’re at a point in life where you’re tired, you want a reset, time seems limited, you feel overwhelmed by “the juggle” of life, or perhaps struggle with anxiety, this retreat is made for you. Over our days together, we will be gathering for several workshops around forming new (or just refining old) practices we have in our life around 5 areas:

  • Our Time / Purpose
  • Our Relationships / Community
  • Our Finances / Possessions
  • Our Bodies / Nutrition
  • Our Creativity / Imagination

These specially formulated workshops are highly curated and experiential and led by Darling and Kara Elise to leave you changed and refreshed, ready to set new rhythms in 2020! On top of this, every evening includes a Darling Dinner with table questions by Sarah Dubbeldam.
